Maple tree tapping + maple syrup tasting, bites & drinks!
Hosted at Smokey Belles Catskills Le Petite Cabine in Narrowsburg, NY. You will learn how to identify sugar maple tree (Acer Saccharum) along with hands-on tapping old fashioned practices and simple sap boiling.
We will gather for warm maple inspired beverages at a charming, rustic cabin & around a scenic campfire overlooking Ten Mile River trout stream. Enjoy flavorful maple brunch bites by our guest chef Ana Ortiz from Day Into Night Kitchen served in utilitarian dishware by Furbelow & Bibelot.
Ticket: Adult $75 / Children $55
Takeaway: Identify sap running trees in the northern forest, tap a tree, drink some sap, delight in the nuances of maple syrup and experience a flavorful bites while gathering with kindred spirits.
